1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Siliambiophilia Mall, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Affiliate Program

Affiliates pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of ₦1,000 to join the program. Affiliates agree to promote products in accordance with our guidelines. Fraudulent or deceptive marketing practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commissions.

4. Commissions & Payments

Commissions range from 5% to 20% depending on the product sold, as determined by our tracking system. Referral bonuses of ₦500 (50%) are earned for each referred affiliate who pays the ₦1,000 registration fee. Payment terms are outlined in your affiliate agreement. Commissions are subject to a 14-day hold period to account for returns and refunds.

5. Referral Bonus

Referral bonuses are credited to your account once the referred affiliate's registration fee is confirmed. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Referral bonuses are subject to the same hold and payment terms as product commissions.

5. Prohibited Activities

No spamming, trademark infringement, or use of misleading advertising. Violations may result in commission forfeiture and account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Siliambiophilia Mall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
