Refund Policy

Subscription Plans

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for unused portions are provided on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase.

Affiliate Registration Fee

The one-time affiliate registration fee of ₦1,000 is non-refundable once your account is activated and you have access to the affiliate dashboard and referral system.

Affiliate Commissions

Commissions earned are subject to a 14-day hold period. If a sale is refunded within the hold period, the associated commission is reversed.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at support@siloamstreams.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. We process refunds within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
